He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
