Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a very tight haircut. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he wants to get laid

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is wearing a long, blue cloak. His hair is blonde and curly. His eyes are gray.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Diggory was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: This man stands a little under 3'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is dressed in a clean green cloak covering his clean studded leather. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Qualen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Qualen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Qualen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and usually wears his brown robe and has his warhammer always slung over his shoulder. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Thar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born in a small plains village. Thar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he is typically in his Doctor uniform. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is baby faced.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pikar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pikar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is unsatisfied with his job
