History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This southern man wears a tan costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His clothes are grease stained in places. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bowyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a bowyer and was forced into it by his family

He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is long and golden with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bricklayer who has hired him part-time. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wants a kiss
