History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now owns his own business.

Description: He wears just a white suit. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Wiggan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Wiggan was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge
