History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bellfounder. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bellfounder for hire.

He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has achieved small success as a Roofer.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His white fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Windy grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Windy. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
