History: Tomi was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When Tomi reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
