He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Burgell was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
