Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shipwright who has hired him part-time. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Faran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
