Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born in the west. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Baker and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he feels kind of lost in life
