Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Gifted from a young age, Wiggan studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
