He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has worked as a Shepherd like his mother before him.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Norûk is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Norûk and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
