Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Kelter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
