History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Chay was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son.
