Description: This dark-skinned male usually wears his white robe and has his crossbow always slung over his shoulder. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Wiggan has worked very hard to control his curse. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
