History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mason work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mason work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Henry's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: An older man who very much looks the part of a Cartwright, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Damien learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
