Description: Runty and weak-looking, he usually wears his green robe and has his club always slung over his shoulder. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Born in the east to a Guard, Pikar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has worked as a Guard like his father before him.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: 3'7" and muscular, this southern man dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.
History: Wobbles was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Wobbles was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and many drow want him driven away

Description: This slender man stands about 5'11". He wears a pastel collared shirt and grey pants. He accessorizes with a blue scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are a pleasant black.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Cairn liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly kukris and falchions. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Dalgal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He wears professional attire. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
