His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sellsword for the past few years.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He comes from a rich western family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Gerbo wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gerbo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Tree was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to prove his worth to the world
