History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
