History: He got into the Sellsword business at a young age. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is wearing a long, pastel cloak. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his silver eyes.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the south to a Merchant, Habor learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a Merchant soon after.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Navigator. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: The child of a Performer, who enjoyed hunting, Harbek was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Harbek was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. He has green eyes.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After months of barely getting by, Aldous managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Description: This tall, slender man wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. His silver hair is lengthy. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: Ortegar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ortegar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
