History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Nicholas reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Nicholas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ûggû is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Ûggû and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is greedy

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
