Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: He prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. He carries a battered falchion and tarnished bastard sword as well. He has moderate length white hair. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Edge was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Map Maker. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: 5'10" and muscular, this western man dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Architect but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
