Gormogord Strongbones, Male Halfling [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is very fat, and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gormogord was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
Ideals: Logical. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Guardian, Mentor, Adventurer. Occupation: Barber
Voice: Slow speaker

Roge Thorngage, Male Halfling [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a hunchback. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
Ideals: Impeccable. Flaws: Ugly, Cynical, Mundane. Bonds: Criminal record. Occupation: Sage
Voice: Italian accent

Left-Handed Of Passion, Male Tabaxi [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He carries with him a set of nunchakus, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His brown fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Left-Handed fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
