History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Sethrekar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
