Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Robert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
