History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
