Description: A 4'3" northern man, he wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: He prefers to wear flannel, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'7" when asserting himself. His hair is blonde and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kipper fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a Weaver first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Nicor lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Weaver responsibilities is difficult; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.
