History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Orthog was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Orthog decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Navigator. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
