History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Through the years after Gimurt was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gimurt's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
