History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was a Navigator, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Sweet was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
