Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Wiggens does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Wiggens was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
