Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Howard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Howard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Efferil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Efferil's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Erky was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Erky abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miner and was forced into it by his family.
