History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Painter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
