History: Windy was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
