One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

A friendly and beautiful Tabaxi, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Skirt was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
