History: Born in the west to a Scribe, Qualen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He worked as a nervous Locksmith and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
