Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright.
