Personality: Fallond speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Fallond was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
