History: Born in the south to a Locksmith, Quarion learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Body Guard for hire.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Kipper and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears dull white sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed bow, just in case. He has moderate length black fur. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
