Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His fur is short and black. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines yellow.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Dyer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: An older man who prefers to wear flannel, he is not a threatening figure. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, marred by teas. His hair is long and red with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ortegar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Navigator profession.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Damakos does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
