History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Tarhun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Butcher. He struck the Butcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Miles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Miles has worked very hard to control his curse. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and retire the richest man in the south
