Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He bought a club and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
