History: Baern lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Baern was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mortician. He has achieved small success as a Mortician.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly hammers and sais. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he would like to get married and retire
