Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theren grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Theren abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This slender man stands about 4'5". He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears his black hair up. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Thradal wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a strong sense of loyalty to dwarven people

Description: He stands about 5'1" and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. He has black eyes and a grey hat with a black feather.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is wearing a long, brown cloak. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. He is baby faced.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and money/treasure
