Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ivellios was a troubled youth.
