His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
