Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears suspenders and violet workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy violet leather apron most of the time. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Manfred lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Description: He stands about 6'4" and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His crest, while still mostly bronze, has prominent grey streaks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels threatened by others

Description: Standing 3'11", this man wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He has amber eyes and a tan hat with a green feather.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: The child of a Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Uraim was taken on many hunting expeditions. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Adventurer for hire.
Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and expand his business

Description: He typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Alex took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture
