Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Habor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
