History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats
