History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions.
