History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Raam was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Raam decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
